DRAFT — Subject to founder and legal review
Prepared October 18, 2026. This copy is not legally approved or a statement of compliance. It describes the current site where functionality is evidenced; planned features are not promises of availability.
1. Information you provide
- Accounts: first and last name, email, password, selected account type and an invitation token when used. Authentication is handled through Lovable Cloud. Account profiles include name, email and account type; sign-in can record a last-login timestamp.
- ERA MATCH clients: first name, optional birthdate, location and travel distance, services, goals, service history, budget, availability, frequency, experience preference, communication, atmosphere, accessibility needs and language. Experience selections and top priorities also inform results on the current page.
- Professional profiles: name, photo link, license details and verification status, experience, bio, specialties, services, location, travel radius, price range, availability, languages, product lines, preferences, accessibility, portfolio, booking and contact links.
- Form requests: name, email, profession/license type, category, requested form and contents, intended location, format and notification preference. Signed-in requests can be linked to your account; staff review includes status and notes. Do not include private client information.
- Other submissions and records: beta applications collect name, email, phone and tester type; contact, feedback and bug forms collect the fields shown, including free text. Saved matches and professional pricing tools store the submitted match details, business settings, estimates and actual service figures where saving is implemented.
2. How the current site uses information
Information supports sign-in, account routing, invitations, matching, professional listings, saved member records and administrator review of submissions. Matching currently uses rule-based service, location, budget, availability and preference comparisons, not a birthdate-based personality engine. Birthdate is optional, stored with the request, and is not displayed on public professional profiles or match cards.
Guest questionnaire submission does not require an account. When signed in, saved requests can include your account identifier. If saving fails or cannot be confirmed, results and entered answers remain on the current page, with a notice and retry option; refreshing or leaving can lose unsaved answers.
A notification preference records your interest; it is not evidence that an automated notification or marketing service is operating. Planned beauty and booking features do not establish additional current data uses.
3. Visibility and access
Published professional profiles are publicly visible, including the contact and external links supplied for publication. Client questionnaires do not have public browsing access; signed-in users have access to their own saved requests under the current access rules. Saved member information and professional records have feature-specific account restrictions. Authorized administrators can manage members, invitations and submitted requests in their administration pages.
Do not put confidential information in a professional profile intended for publication. Optional birthdates and accessibility or service-history details deserve particular care. This draft does not promise absolute confidentiality or protection against every security risk.
4. Browser storage and technical information
The site uses browser storage to keep authentication sessions and some local preferences and profile information. The homepage waitlist/visitor-wall experience currently stores entries and displayed counts locally in the browser; that experience should not be treated as confirmation of a centralized waitlist submission or publication to all visitors. Separate beta and request forms have saved-data workflows.
Profile-completion details such as bio, phone and location can be stored locally by that screen. Browser storage is device/browser-specific and can be cleared through your browser settings; clearing it does not delete account or submission records held by the service.
The hosting environment may receive error reports and page/context information to diagnose failures. The repository alone does not establish the host's complete logging, analytics or retention practices; those require separate review.
5. Connected services and external links
Lovable Cloud provides the site's backend and authentication services for account and saved-form data. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which involves requests from your browser to that service. Their processing practices are governed by their own applicable notices and service arrangements, which require founder review.
Buy Now links open Payhip for checkout and digital delivery. Information you enter there is handled on Payhip rather than in a Hair.Doll.Era checkout form. Professional booking/portfolio links similarly take you to external sites, and email links open your email application. Review the relevant provider's privacy and purchase information; this site cannot establish their full practices from its own code.
6. Choices, retention and review still needed
You can omit optional questionnaire fields, match as a guest, choose whether to submit a request or publish professional information, and decline to follow external checkout or booking links. Fields marked required by a form must be supplied to submit that form.
No verified retention schedule, automated account-deletion workflow or guaranteed data-deletion timeline is established by this draft. It does not claim regulatory compliance, a particular data-residency location or a verified encryption standard.
Before legal approval, the founder and legal reviewer need to confirm the operator's contact details, privacy-request process, retention/deletion practices, provider arrangements, hosting logs and any applicable legal obligations. A verified privacy contact and response procedure are not supplied here; none has been invented.
