1. The current experience

Hair.Doll.Era offers account registration and sign-in, role-based member areas, ERA MATCH questionnaires and professional profiles, professional form listings, and form requests. Some portal views and beauty tools present previews or sample information rather than a completed live service. BeautyMirror concepts, expanded personality compatibility and an integrated future booking system should not be understood as fully operational features.

Availability depends on the feature and account access. A visible preview, planned feature or Coming Soon label is not a commitment to a release date.

2. Accounts and responsible use

Provide accurate information and keep your sign-in credentials private. Invitation links may set a client or professional account type; administrator access is restricted and is not granted by selecting an account type. Do not impersonate another person, misrepresent professional credentials, access another member's information without authorization, or submit harmful or unlawful material.

Signup currently requires acceptance of the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. These pages do not change that checkbox or the signup process. The draft status above remains important: founder and legal approval is still required.

3. ERA MATCH and professional services

ERA MATCH uses a rule-based comparison of service specialties, location, budget, availability and selected preferences. Percentages are matching scores, not guarantees of suitability, professional quality or results. The optional birthdate is stored with the request but is not currently used in the matching calculation.

Guest matching is available. Results can appear even if saving fails; a saving notice indicates whether persistence was confirmed. Professional profiles and verification labels do not replace your own assessment of credentials and suitability.

Appointment buttons may open a professional's external booking link or an email request. Sending a request does not confirm an appointment. Confirm prices, availability, service suitability and policies with the professional. Beauty information and forms do not replace individualized professional, medical or legal advice.

4. Professional forms and external checkout

Available forms are digital products, not physical shipments. Buy Now opens the existing Payhip checkout in a new tab; Payhip handles checkout and digital delivery outside this website. Review the product description, file formats and the seller's purchase, license and refund information at checkout before buying. This draft does not establish new refund rights, download guarantees or product-use licenses.

Coming Soon products without an active checkout are not available to purchase. Hair.Doll.Era does not provide a separate on-site checkout or purchaser-only download system for these listings.

5. Submissions and professional tools

Form requests are reviewed for potential future development and do not guarantee that a form will be created. Do not submit private client information through the form-request dialog. Use care when entering free-text service history, messages, feedback or other personal information.

Professional pricing estimates depend on the costs, time and settings you enter. They are planning aids, not guaranteed profits, tax advice or final service quotes. Confirm your final client price and business decisions yourself.

6. Privacy and outstanding review

See the draft Privacy Policy for current data handling and third-party services. Final operator contact details, purchase/license terms, applicable law, dispute provisions and any legal limitations remain subject to founder and legal review. No jurisdiction-specific compliance or legally approved terms are claimed here.
